We rent you the ranch for the entire day from set up through clean up. You create your own party your way. Most venues insist that you use their catering and suppliers which can become very expensive. We give you the freedom to decide. And most locations have strict rules about late nights and loud music, we are close to town but far away that this is not an issue so you can enjoy yourself without these restrictions. We just rent the ranch and you create your own private party- you do your own catering and chose your own vendors. We can give you suppliers for decorations, rentals and more, and can supply workers for set up and clean up but you can also do these things yourself- you chose. Most parties do set up in the morning for a party in the evening to early morning. We will allow clean up the next morning or we can do the clean-up.

Choose from Patio area or large open flat area. There is a 2 bedroom house and a trailer that you and your family can use to get ready for your events. Also kitchen available.

Fits up to 500 people/70 cars.
